Cash on delivery is available only for customers within India. For international orders, a minimum **70% advance payment** is required before dispatch, with the remaining amount payable upon successful delivery.
We offer a **lifetime buyback and exchange policy** for all our jewellery. To qualify, the customer must provide the original certification issued with the product at the time of purchase. In case of solitaire diamond jewellery, an **original diamond certificate is mandatory**. If the certificate is lost, a **re-certification fee of ₹3,500 or more** may apply, depending on the number of diamonds. Gold value will be determined at current market rates, while natural diamonds will be refunded at **75-80%** of the market price, and CVD diamonds at **65-70%** of market value. Shipping charges for buyback and exchange must be covered by the customer.
Returns are only accepted within **India** and must be initiated within **10 days** from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the security tag intact. If the security tag is broken or removed, the product will not be eligible for a refund. If the item meets all return conditions, a **100% refund** will be issued.
